Faith Evangelical Baptist Church of South Sudan (FEBACSS) was established in 2007 by South Sudanese Christians and church leaders who shared a deep passion for God’s Word and a commitment to see lives transformed through faith and service. We are a Bible-believing and Bible-practicing church, firmly rooted in the Gospel of Jesus Christ and dedicated to holistic ministry that reaches the whole person—body, soul, and spirit.
With our headquarters in Juba, Central Equatoria State, FEBACSS is a growing movement with congregations spread across South Sudan and in refugee camps throughout neighboring countries. As a proud member of the Baptist World Alliance, we collaborate with fellow Baptist and evangelical partners worldwide.

What We Do
At FEBACSS, we proclaim Christ and serve people through holistic ministries and life-changing programs designed to bring transformation to individuals, families, and communities. Our key programs include:
- Evangelism and Church Planting
We share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and plant new churches across South Sudan and in refugee camps, reaching people with hope and new beginnings. - Discipleship and Literacy
We empower our members through robust discipleship programs that combine spiritual growth with practical literacy initiatives. By integrating biblical teaching with literacy skills, we enable individuals to better understand the Word of God and improve their personal and professional lives. - Children, Youth, and Women Ministries
We invest in the next generation and empower women with age-appropriate spiritual programs, leadership training, and community engagement opportunities. - Theological Education and Leadership Development
We offer comprehensive training and education to pastors, church leaders, and lay ministers—ensuring doctrinal soundness and sustainable church growth. - Food Security and Livelihoods
We promote sustainable agriculture and vocational training to empower communities economically and improve their overall quality of life. - Emergency Relief Assistance
In times of crisis, we deliver life-saving aid including food, shelter, and medical supplies to the most vulnerable communities. - Clean Drinkable Water Projects
We support water well construction and hygiene education programs to ensure communities have reliable access to safe water. - Peace and Reconciliation Initiatives
We facilitate dialogues and community-led efforts to foster peace, forgiveness, and unity in areas affected by conflict. - Trauma Healing and Psychosocial Support
We provide compassionate care through counseling and specialized programs designed to help those affected by conflict, loss, and trauma. - Economic Empowerment Programs
We equip individuals—especially youth and women—with entrepreneurial skills and financial literacy training, creating opportunities for self-sufficiency. - Orphan and Vulnerable Children Assistance
We support orphaned and vulnerable children with education, shelter, and emotional care, ensuring they have a hopeful future.
